Give my Nut Butter Cookies a go and you won’t miss the shop-bought brands- trust me!
200g of any nut butter you like *I used a few different types
1 large egg
1/4tsp of baking soda
75g chopped almonds/dark choc
Mix the nut butter with the honey
Beat in the egg
Sprinkle in the bicarbonate
Add the nuts and oats to create a stiff mix
Dollop in a spoon sized amount onto a tray for each cookie
Bake for 12-15 mins at 180 and allow to cool
TIP: Serve with a huge glass of cold almond or coconut milk and enjoy!
