At home abs and cardio- HIIT with Gym Bunny

Looking for the ultimate little at-home or in-apartment while on holiday workout?

No gym need- grab a towel, a mat and a bottle of water and you’re ready to go!

The focus here is on completing the exercises as fast as possible but still completing each one- this is called HIIT- high intensity interval training. give it a try and repeat the two blocks x 3 with a 30-60 sec rest in between each, depending on your fitness levels!
