Chocolate Mousse

Having a dinner Party and don’t want to skip dessert?

Try my super clean and well-behaved Chocolate Mousse:

You will need:

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

To make:

  • Blend all ingredients until really smooth and place into individual dishes.
  • Put into the fridge for at least an hour before serving!
  • Serve with a mint leaf on top, with a few raspberries or blueberries and some crushed almonds.

Voila!
