Fitspo for THE perfect summer body!

So summer is just around the corner and I am getting loads of emails about the best plans to get a flatter tummy, more toned legs, bikini ready body in no time!

It is actually all about incorporating healthier choices into your everyday routine, simple as that!

My advice?

  • Start by eating a cleaner diet.
  • Drink more water.
  • Cut out sugar, carbs and alcohol.
  • Drink more green tea.
  • Take a good multivitamin.
  • Take fish oils, magnesium, zinc and vitamin d.
  • Eat more lean protein, green leafy vegetables and limit your fruit intake.
  • Snack on nuts, seeds and nut butters.
  • Stick to carbs just post workout.

Be proud of all of your hard work now that summer is just around the corner 🙂
