Lovely surprise to come home to a hamper full of goodies, but even nicer when, like me, they are sweet enough without any added sugar. There was a growing demand for clean cheats and healthy treats and so began the Free’ist range in Belfast, Northern Ireland!

They allow you to indulge your cravings for the finer things in life without letting sugar get in your way! But unlike most sugar-free options out there, these actually taste good.
I brought them into my office and they were warmly received and my boyfriend made his way through anything I couldn’t finish, so win-win all round!
I’m currently craving their gorgeous Coconut cookies with my evening cup of green tea and the Raspberry jam with a spoon of fresh coconut on my porridge in the morning. Delicious!
