Bikram’s beginners yoga class is a series of 26 postures with 2 breathing exercises practiced in a room heated to 105F (40C) in 90 minutes and is suitable to all and is very challenging for all levels too.
The trainers are tough, professional and do not let you leave the class! They are strict but they get results!
This type of yoga, in this centre specifically is suited to those looking to improve flexibility, increase fitness and to help alleviate stress too. Give their 30 day challenge a go- you attend their classes for 30 days in a row- perfect if you are looking for a serious detox and want to stay on the straight and narrow in the run up to a big occassion! This is not for the faint-hearted 🙂
