It’s often quite hard when you are out and about to keep an eye on your eating habits- I find that if I’m going from work to the gym to meeting a friend, really bad habits can break an otherwise healthy day of eating and drinking.
With this in mind, I always carry loads of snacks such as nuts, seeds and nut butter with dark rye crackers on me, along with a full bottle of fresh water too so I never go hungry in so far as possible!
On top of that, I try to take a photo of each meal I have so I am more aware of snacks, calorie intake and if I’m eating enough for training and so on.
For anyone adopting a new healthier nutritional plan, this is a great way to see your progress, your good habits and stay on top of your game!
