Your Home Workout Made Easy with Lidl Sports Gear!
Attention gym bunnies and fitness freaks! As of September 4th, Lidl has a new range of Sportswear in their new stores to get you kick-started into your new healthier regime.
I was sent a few pieces to try them out and did a session of heavy lifting and some mixed HIIT circuits with abs. I wore the cropped leggings, the sports bra and the pink tee and found them really comfortable and cool enough to work up a sweat without any discomfort or chaffing.
Size wise, I found them rather generous- I had a small in the leggings and the tee and they were big on me so take note when buying (note I’m usually an XS in Nike so maybe use that as a guideline)! I have since washed them and they wash really well too. The sports bra is such a steal at just €4.99, you really can’t go wrong!
In my opinion, you need to feel confident when you are training- looking good can really boost your confidence and keep you feeling motivated and more likely to continue with your new regime. Lidl’s new range of Crivit sportswear has been designed with both comfort and style in mind at very reasonable prices, so there is no room for excuses girls!
If you want to get in shape but don’t have the budget for a gym membership, you can also expect some amazing portable indoor sports equipment so you can enjoy workouts all year round from the comfort of your own sitting room, which is a nice thought when the nights get shorter and the weather gets (even!) worse!
I was lucky enough to get the exercise ball to try out too- which I already use for my ab circuits on days I’m not in the gym- At just €6.99, you can use it for a whole range of exercises to improve muscle tone and balance- a great buy for anyone working at a desk all day to improve posture too!
