Morning Workout

Check this little morning workout for a little sweaty pre-work body blast!

Give yourself a little challenge and repeat x 3 with a 30 second break, just do a little stretch before and after.

The beauty of this kind of at-home workout is that it can be literally done anywhere- hotel, friend’s house, bedroom, kitchen…so no excuses 🙂
