No-bake Protein Gingerbread Bites

Looking for a deliciously easy to prepare no-bake healthy treat?

These little bad boys are perfect for on-the-go snacking and guilt-free treats to enjoy with your cup of tea!

Ingredients
1/2 cup softened dates
1/2 cup cashews
1/4 cup almonds
1-2 tsp ground ginger
1 -2 Tbsp crunchy nut butter
1 scoop of protein- vanilla flavour works best!

Method:
Blend all of your ingredients together until one big  sticky dough ball is formed and then simply roll them into little bite sized balls. They can be easily stored away in an airtight container in the freezer as they only take about 5 minutes to thaw out completely.
If you prefer to leave them in the fridge, they will last about a week and a half as is, or you can leave them in the freezer, as mentioned above, for up to 6 weeks- Although, to be honest, it’s rare that they last more than two days in my house 🙂
