So this is something I’ve started to do each Saturday since the weather is KIND of supposed to improve in the run up to the summer.
This takes place for an hour each Saturday along the seafront in Clontarf, starting off with some stretches and loads of extremely challenging exercises thrown in for good measure.
The focus for this session is to work on strength but the activity itself is very high intensity- this is not for the faint-hearted! To be honest, if someone showed me this a few years back, I’d have laughed in their faces…Now look at me! Ha! 🙂
