So we all have days where we don’t really feel like going too far…

30 minute cardio HIIT

Having a little program like this, however, means that you can exercise pretty much anywhere you want to- whatever your budget and whatever the weather!

Simple!

Just give it your all for the 2 minute sets- go hell for leather and sweat it out- then take a rest and a quick swig of water, gather your breath again and go for it.

Repeat X 3!
