So, after a weekend of PURE indulgence, and after posting an abs shot that wasn’t entirely made of abs (we’re all human 🙂 ) I have had loads of mails asking what a typical day of food looks like for me.
Bear in mind, my regular, healthier plan is quite low carb, which might not suit everyone so please bear that in mind!
Breakfast: Two Poached Eggs & Spinach, small glass of milk and a green tea
Snack: Dried Mango and 15 Almonds
Lunch: Two Scrambled Eggs with 1/2 Breast of Chicken and Avocado with a Berry & Vanilla Whey Protein Smoothie made with Spinach and some Banana
Snack: Apple and a Protein Shake made with Water
Dinner: Two Turkey Burgers and a Mixed Green Salad and a Slice of Wholewheat Bread with olive oil
Now normally, I stay away from bread, particularly on non-training days which today was- I also try not to rely too much on artificial protein sources twice a day. I have just started a new job so am still ALL OVER THE PLACE, which has played havoc with my poor diet plan. But I guess today’s food diary is a little more realistic as to how a busy day can pan out if you didn’t meal prep!
Anyways, onwards and upwards in terms of my next six week bikini body prep! aghhhhhhhhhhh! 🙂
