Wednesday work-out for any at-home Gym Bunnies

Looking for a little motivation to leave the house when it’s raining and pouring?

No need- why not whack on the fire and do this little burner in the comfort of your own home?

at home work outNO gym needed, no feed- just you, the warm fire and probably an audience of interested children, dogs, cats, husband, flatmates or boyfriend…

So simple- just ensure you keep nice and hydrated throughout and take a break if needed.

If you find it easy, leave 70 seconds for a rest period and repeat it once again!
