This is completely normal — it's the join where the treadmill belt is stitched together. It's a standard feature on all quality walking pads and has no effect on performance or longevity.

Brushless motors (found in our Q2 Pro) are quieter (under 35dB), more energy-efficient, and require less maintenance than standard brush motors. They're ideal for apartments and shared living spaces in Ireland.

Models with speeds up to 10–12 KM/H (C1, Q2 Pro, Q8) are suitable for light jogging and running. The T7 model (1–6 KM/H) is designed specifically for walking.
