May conclude: Which model suits a specific use case better, with reasons.
Should not claim: An unqualified “best overall” ranking without stated criteria.
How it’s disclosed: Each comparison states whether models were tested hands-on or assessed from documentation.

Research-based guide

Evidence used: Authoritative sources, current public information and practical editorial analysis.
May conclude: General practical guidance for Irish readers.
Should not claim: Original research, testing or clinical findings that didn’t take place.
How it’s disclosed: Sources are named or clearly implied where the guidance is health-related.

Customer-feedback analysis

Evidence used: Recurring themes in publicly visible customer feedback.
May conclude: Patterns worth being aware of, described as themes rather than facts.
Should not claim: That customer comments were independently verified by GymBunny.
How it’s disclosed: Feedback is paraphrased and clearly framed as customer opinion, not GymBunny testing.

What Hands-On Testing Means

A page is only described as hands-on when the exact model was genuinely available to a member of the GymBunny team for real use, whether purchased, borrowed, gifted or supplied by a brand.

Where hands-on testing has genuinely taken place, the relevant page should state, where practical:

The main use cases it was tested for
What was measured or observed
Any equipment used

Not every GymBunny review is hands-on. Where a page doesn’t state a testing period, tester or access arrangement, no hands-on testing should be assumed. GymBunny does not apply a fixed minimum testing period across all reviews, and does not claim access to a dedicated testing facility, laboratory or named testing locations unless that is genuinely the case on a specific page.

How Specification-Led Reviews Work

Many GymBunny pages are built primarily from official documentation rather than hands-on use. This may include retailer product pages, manufacturer documentation, product manuals, warranty and returns pages, delivery information, and current variants, dimensions and specifications.

Specifications supplied by a retailer or manufacturer are presented as their claims, not as measurements GymBunny carried out itself.

What we write “The retailer lists a peak motor rating of 2.5 HP.”

What we avoid “GymBunny verified a continuous 2.5 HP motor.”

Old GymBunny content, previous product pages and URL slugs are not treated as reliable evidence of a product’s current specifications. Where a page relies on retailer or manufacturer data, that data is checked against the current live product page before publication.

GymBunny does not promise guaranteed weight loss, medical improvements, reduced blood pressure, pain treatment, diabetes reversal, a fixed transformation timeline, or the same results for every reader. Individual outcomes depend on factors such as consistency, duration, walking speed, incline, nutrition, sleep, recovery, existing health conditions and medication.
