How you should do squat

I get loads of emails about this but in terms of it’s most basic form it’s quite hard to show or illustrate how to do a squat in general, unless you’re actually physically with someone,  but came across these and think that it gives a good over of how to do a squat quite well.

Of course, adding weight on top of your normal body weight squat is a total game changer and until your form improves you should stick to body weight.
