KingSmith vs UREVO Walking Pads: Which Brand Suits Irish Buyers?

KingSmith (the maker of the WalkingPad range) and UREVO are two of the best-known walking pad brands in Europe, and both deliver to Ireland from their EU stores. They take different approaches: KingSmith focuses on compact folding pads, while UREVO’s current walking pad line-up leans towards incline and a higher weight limit. Here is how they compare on price, storage, incline, noise claims and availability.

Quick answer

Choose KingSmith if storage matters most. Its WalkingPad Z1 and C2 fold in half to roughly 81 to 83 cm long, which is unusual and handy in small Irish homes.

Choose UREVO if you want incline or a higher weight limit. The UREVO CyberPad for Office lists a 0 to 14% automatic incline and a 181 kg maximum user weight, but it does not fold.

Both brands’ entry walking pads are walking-speed machines (up to 6 km/h). Neither is a budget choice: at the time of checking, KingSmith walking pads started at โ‚ฌ449 and the only UREVO walking pad in stock on its EU store was โ‚ฌ499.99 before discounts.

KingSmith vs UREVO models compared

The wider line-up shows the pattern: KingSmith’s cheaper pads fold in half, while UREVO’s cheapest in-stock machine is a folding treadmill with a handrail rather than a flat under-desk pad.

The differences that matter

Storage: KingSmith folds smaller

The fold-in-half deck is KingSmith’s main advantage. A WalkingPad Z1 or C2 folds to around 81 to 83 cm long, short enough to stand against a wall or slide into a wardrobe. UREVO’s CyberPad for Office stays at its full 109 cm length, although at 16 cm high it can slide under a sofa or bed if there is clearance.

Incline: UREVO has it, KingSmith’s pads do not

Walking uphill makes the same speed harder work, which is useful if you walk slowly at a desk. The CyberPad for Office lists a 0 to 14% automatic incline. KingSmith’s Z1 and C2 are flat. If incline is a must, see our walking pad reviews for other incline models.

Weight capacity: UREVO is rated higher

UREVO lists a 181 kg maximum user weight for the CyberPad for Office. KingSmith lists 100 kg for the C2 and 110 kg for the Z1 and R2. If you are near those limits, the higher rating gives more margin.

Noise: compare claims with care

UREVO advertises 35 dB for the CyberPad for Office. KingSmith describes its pads as quiet but does not give a decibel figure for the Z1 or C2. These are manufacturer claims, and brands measure noise in different ways, so the numbers are not directly comparable. Footfall on the deck often makes more noise than the motor, especially in apartments.

Speed: both are walking-only at this price

The Z1, C2 and CyberPad for Office all top out at about 6 km/h. If you want to jog, KingSmith’s R2 (up to 12 km/h) or UREVO’s Strol 2E (up to 10 km/h) are the brands’ step-up options.

Which brand should you choose?

Choose KingSmith if

  • You need to fold the pad away every day
  • You walk at a flat, steady pace
  • You weigh under 100 to 110 kg
  • You want a longer 30-day return window

Choose UREVO if

  • You want incline built into a desk walking pad
  • You need a higher maximum user weight
  • You can leave the pad flat under a desk or sofa
  • The model you want is in stock when you order

Who might skip both

If your budget is under โ‚ฌ200, both brands’ walking pads cost more than twice that. Lower-priced options sold in Ireland cover the same 1 to 6 km/h walking range, usually with fewer extras.
