Good fit if you

Incline from 0 to 12%, set by remote
The Y1 is listed with an automatic incline that you raise and lower from the included remote, from flat up to 12%. That is the main reason to choose it over the flat or manual-incline models in the same range: you can change the gradient without stopping or kneeling down.
Incline changes how hard a walk feels at the same speed. Start with short periods at a low gradient and build up gradually.
Display with an incline reading
The LED display shows time, speed, calories, distance and the current incline level. Most of the cheaper models in the range show the first four only, so the incline readout is a useful extra if you plan incline sessions.
Calorie figures on any treadmill display are estimates, not measurements.
Size: 119 x 54 x 15 cm
The retailer lists the Y1 at 119 cm long, 54 cm wide and 15 cm high, with a 98 x 40 cm walking area. It is longer and taller than the T7, Z3 and Q2 Pro, so measure the space under your desk or sofa before ordering.
The walking area is similar to the C1 and Q2 Pro, so the Y1 does not give you more room to walk; it gives you incline.
Storage: low profile, not folding
The Y1 does not fold. The retailer shows it slid under a sofa or stood on its end, and describes it as low profile. At 26 kg it is one of the heaviest models in the range, so moving it is a two-hand job for most people.
Check the height under your sofa or bed: 15 cm is the stated height of the machine.
145 kg user capacity and cushioning
The Y1 has the highest listed maximum user weight in the Home Fitness Code walking-pad range we checked: 145 kg, compared with 120 kg for the T7, Z3, C1 and Q2 Pro. The retailer also lists dual silicone shock absorbers.
